Cooking

I know it's not really work related by it was suggested I add a food section as I love to cook. I'm friends with a couple of chefs and have friends with a restaurant, and I always keep my ears open to make sure I'm upping the taste and technique. People have been cooking longer than 99% of most of the other things we do, and I admire its effectiveness in simplicity.





Made a lot of bread recently. A lot of people I've spoken to seem scared to make it, and actually can;t believe that I make my own, but you've just got to be patient.

I'm a lover of Japanese food, but no expert. I find it retails at a pretty inflated price. Prefer to make my own!



Sea Bream fresh from the market with lemon. This is the before shot, end result was amazing.




Dippy eggs, toasted soldiers, coffee. I try to start every day like this. These eggs are from my mums chickens, and the bread I made myself!
